Companies and organisations wishing to exhibit at the conference are welcome.

Conditions for exhibitors:

Fee for the exhibition is EUR 100.-/m² (including VAT). A minimum of 4 m² must be reserved.

Exhibition area includes the following:

• reserved area
• daily cleaning
• 1 desk
• 2-3 chairs
• electric current (max.2 kW)

Delivery of the exhibition items to the site needs to be arranged by the exhibitor.

Application for participation

All applications for participation must be made on-line (opening soon).

The exhibitor agrees to respect the General Conditions, particularly as regards safety regulations.

Terms of payment

Payment should be arranged upon receipt of our invoice. Please specify the name and address of the person, to whom we can send the invoice and write the conference code: "2905".
